Ok so I love photoshop but its not enough, to be a great designer I have accepted I need to be able to 3d model things like logos, scenes, and items like pens for instance. At the moment I use inventor to design pens and stuff, but obviously I cant make photo realistic renders of products or scenes. Inventors cool but its not good enough for actual art if you get my gist. What should I get 3d max, or maya? I heard they both do the same thing but 3d max is easier to use?
