My webcam is not working? I have a TOSHIBA computer not sure what model its is but the webcam inbuilt in and i have had the laptop for like 2 years i think ? But the webcam on it is not working when open up the webcam its all blurry and it freezes sometimes and sometimes it just doesn't even come up and the screen is just blue.
